"Goin' in"... a conversation

Sometimes I get help with these from people I do not live with...

"Today's question of the day comes from the homie Galen H. ... Is it ever wrong for a man to turn the tables on women and throw dirt that they (being the women) did in their face?"
I would then wait patiently for the answers...

The first would be from family friend/former coworker/possible cousin Derek, with...
"You're wrong if you're using it as ammo. It's good to use as a point of reference."

Next up would be the homie Joe, with...
"Only if its called for. If some female is going in on you on shit you've done that she has no right to then all bets are off. Then again, I love getting the last word when I argue, so all bets are off anyways. Back on topic, if you just come out in a conversation that doesn't call for that shit, then you are in the wrong, and prepare for her to put her proverbial foot in your proverbial ass. Timing and context are everything I suppose."

Galen himself chimed in with an addendum...
"Ok, so let me twist the game a little bit and add this caveat to the question: You have done absolutely nothing wrong in the relationship and she continues to berate you for things but yet you know she's done some serious dirt."

And Derek added, in response to that...
"That"s when you pull out all your guns. That's a reason for you to give her an indirect 'b---h please'"

Next was Roger, with...
"If shits that petty, id have been ended that relationship. But to answer the question, HELL YES!! Do that shit son!! I dont think women realize how hurtful that shit is. Forgive us and file shit as a fuck up, or cut us loose. Emotional blackmail is for the birds. "

As for me?
Anything to be used as such has a ONE time use lifespan... Feel free to remember it as a means of not repeating it, but for the sake of potentially use in a heated discussion, the one-time usage limit is absolute -- and even then only in the context of the particular issue at hand.

Got an issue with him hanging out in bars of questionable repute til 4am with his boys and lord knows who else? It is to be discussed as soon as possible, handled as adults and decision made as to live on from it or let it drive a stake. Dwelling on or revisiting the issue is not an option if it is to be considered "handled" and moved on from.
Did you have a picture/video of her pop up in the "NSFW" folder of your RSS feeds that exists from a time since you were together that you did not take? It is to be discussed as soon as possible, handled as adults and decision made as to live on from it or let it drive a stake. Dwelling on or revisiting the issue is not an option if it is to be considered "handled" and moved on from.

As was named above, these things are to be used as a point of discussion and opportunity for growth, not to be cataloged as a weapon for future arguments. I can only speak to my OPINION on this one, and not experience, as we do not believe in arguments in my house.

Not many respondents to this one, but it seems that those who did answer all came from similar positions with it, so I am to guess that this one is pretty much set.
